運動除了可以強健身體讓自己有一個好的體格之外,運動可以減輕精神壓力,能使腦血流量和內啡肽分泌增加,而內啡肽是一種使人興奮心情變好的物質。
因此鍛煉跑步、大運動量等也會讓自己的腦袋清醒,不會胡思亂想。
每天進行運動是必須要的,大家不要再為自己找藉口了,只要有心想運動:時間、場地、行動跟意志力是可以自己找出來的!
